Egg Protein Contain

Chicken egg has known contain high protein and good for our body, but for certain people can’t accept this protein and can cause allergy. To consume chicken egg have different ways depend on the purposes, some people consume chicken eggs for medicine or to consume to take of egg protein.

Chicken eggs can aid to recover from diseases and for mother just bird, can strengthen memory and make smarter and delaying aging process. Besides having a benefit use, egg also have negative effect for certain people, for us better consume as necessary don’t consume too much. Children usually like to eat egg because it is easily to cook.

There are several ways to cook eggs before eat:
  • Boiled egg, protein value = 100%
  • Fried egg, protein value = 97%
  • Soaked in hot water, protein value = 92.5%
  • Raw egg, protein value = 30 – 50%
So to the right way to consume eggs is to boiled eggs before, not raw egg, if you want to get maximum protein to be absorbed by our body.
